During the free trial lesson, which lasts 25-30 minutes, the tutor will assess your language level, and you'll have the opportunity to evaluate the tutor and decide if you'd like to continue with them or take a free lesson with another tutor at Ninnel. After the successful trial lesson, you'll choose the lesson length that works best for you. Lesson durations are 45, 60, or 80 minutes.The class schedule is agreed upon in advance between the tutor and the student during the trial lesson. The actual lesson time may vary from session to session based on additional agreements with the tutor. Students manage their schedules online, specifying lesson times in Eastern Time (ET).

The cost of a lesson depends on its duration (45, 60, or 80 minutes) and the level of study. Payments can be made for individual lessons, but by paying for more lessons upfront, you save up to 8%.Learn more about pricing and discounts.

Funds in your Ninnel account have a validity period of 548 days (1.5 years) from the date of your last lesson. So, if you top up your account in the spring and don't use it, you can continue your lessons in the fall of the next year without losing any funds.Refunds
Refunds from an active account are available upon request and are returned to the same card or wallet from which the payment was made, equal to the current balance. Bonus lessons earned in monetary equivalent are non-refundable.Learning Process
How It Works
Online lessons are a complete equivalent of in-person lessons with a tutor. Through video conferencing, you can see and hear your tutor just as you would in a traditional language class.Like with a regular individual tutor, you can focus on the areas you need most, such as practicing specific conversation topics or improving your grammar. Depending on your goals, the online learning process can be tailored to meet your needs.
